At The Well: Redeemed Family Healthcare, we specialize in care for infants, children, teens, and families - walking with you from newborn days through adolescence. While our primary focus in on ages birth through 17, we also provide care for parents and adults, ensuring the entire family is supported.

Pediatric & Adolescent Care (Birth - 17 years)

$175 (initial visit), $150 (follow-ups and ongoing care)

Includes:

• newborn checkups and feeding support,

• well-baby, child, and teen visits,

• growth and developmental screenings

• preventative care

• sports, camp, and school physicals

• behavioral and emotional health guidance

• lab orders

• specialist referrals as needed

• prescription management

Parent & Family Care (18 years and older)

$200 (initial), $175 (follow-ups and ongoing care)

Includes:

• annual physical exams and wellness visits

• women’s and men’s health basics (screenings, counseling)

• management of common adult conditions (hypertension, diabetes, thyroid disorders)

• lifestyle and nutrition counseling for the whole family

• labs drawn in-office or lab order provided

• specialist referrals as needed

• prescription management

Acute Care Visits (30 minutes, availability permitting)

$120 (adults and children)

An acute care/urgent visit would include:

• rash

• vomiting

• diarrhea

• ear pain

• fever

(General complaints that are not considered urgent, are charged as a follow-up appointment.) Please also note that if you are not a current patient but would like to be seen for an urgent reason, the visit will be charged as an appointment establishing care, and a full exam and background will be performed, to ensure the provider has a full picture of the patient.

Other Visit Types

• Telehealth visit may be offered based on availability, for follow-ups or acute/urgent complaints, and will not be more than 30 minutes - $100

• A text or message through the patient portal, asking a medical question, will be replied to during normal business hours - $25

• We offer a free 15 minute call for those considering The Well for their healthcare needs, to ensure we are a good fit for the style of care you are seeking.
