Who we are

The Heart Behind The Well

The Well: Redeemed Family Healthcare was founded on a simple yet powerful belief: healing begins when people feel seen, known, and cared for. We exist to provide patient-centered healthcare that nurtures both body and spirit - restoring trust and offering hope.

Our Mission

  • We are created perfectly, in God’s image. Our bodies are God’s temple and we should care for them as such.

  • God’s creation was given to us as a gift. We can use that gift to achieve better health - this is the Holistic Medicine approach.

  • God gave us brains and knowledge and the ability to learn and invent, allowing us to pursue further treatment when Holistic medicine isn’t enough - this is the Western Medicine approach.

Our goal is to bring knowledge to each interaction so every patient walks away with a clearer picture of their body and health, and is enabled to choose a path to pursue better health. While we live in a fallen world and illness will always be a part of life, we believe God has given us the gift of Creation and our brains to understand and treat each patient and help them live a healthier life. Further, we hope every person who walks through our doors will feel heard and understood, and will feel the love of Christ.

The Story Behind Our Name

In Scripture and ancient times, a well was a source of water, life, and renewal - essential for survival and flourishing. It represents a place of physical, emotional, and spiritual refreshment. The well is often a meeting place in the Bible where significant transformation happens:

*John 4: The Woman at the Well - Jesus offers “living water” to a woman with a painful past, signifying healing, redemption, and new life.

*Genesis 16 & 21: Hagar encounters God by a well in the wilderness, and God provides a well to save her and her son, emphasizing God’s provision and care in desperate times.

In addition, a well symbolizes depth, grounding, and access to something beneath the surface, which mirrors a healthcare approach that doesn’t just treat symptoms, but seeks deeper healing and restoration.

The word “redeemed” indicates healing of not just the body, but also past wounds, brokenness, and trauma, and is a commitment to grace-based, Christ-centered care that values dignity and redemption.
